Pioneer Selection Ltd is seeking a Facilities Technician for a modern FMCG manufacturing site in Gloucestershire. The role involves maintaining building systems, including plumbing and carpentry, to support production reliability and uptime.

Key responsibilities include electrical fault-finding, planned and reactive maintenance, and working a Mon-Fri day shift with potential for overtime and progression within a growing organisation.

Qualifications

• Electrical maintenance experience in an industrial FMCG environment.
• Plumbing, carpentry, utilities/boiler/refrigeration/water systems experience.
• Hands-on maintenance across pre-planned, reactive and breakdown work.
• Ability to work days and nights shift pattern.

We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a facilities technician to join a modern, high-tech FMCG manufacturing site in Gloucestershire. You will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the building including any plumbing, carpentry. Working on a Monday - Friday days only shift pattern, you will play a key role in reducing downtime, improving reliability, and supporting production performance across the site.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Electrical maintenance experience within an industrial manufacturing or FMCG environment.
• Plumbing, carpentry, Utilities/Boiler/Refrigeration/Water systems experience essential
• Hands on experience with pre-planned, reactive and breakdown maintenance in a fast paced industrial factory.
• Ability to work a days and nights shift pattern.

Requirements

• Hands-on electrical fault-finding experience.
• Recognised engineering qualification (ONC +)
• Experience working as a plumber or carpenter

Desirable Requirements

• Experience working as a Site Services Engineer in the UK.
• Previous experience within FMCG, food, beverage or packaging environments.
