Job summary

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) is seeking an FM Works Manager to oversee the delivery of small facilities management works across Europe and APAC. The role is office based at the client’s main campus in London and reports to the Alliance Director.

You will manage the works tracker, coordinate contractors and site access, and report progress, cost, and completion to the client, while ensuring alignment with the agreed scope and standards.

Qualifications

• Three to five years coordinating small works or FM tasks.
• Experience across more than one site or country preferred.
• Ability to run several small works at once, including remote sites.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the works tracker, log each small work, and keep status, cost and completion up to date.
• Coordinate contractors, schedules and site access across concurrent works.
• Plan and manage moves of people, furniture and equipment with minimal disruption.
• Manage works across remote and unstaffed sites in Europe and APAC; arrange access and brief on-site contacts.
• Report to the client with clear status updates, risks and completion against scope.
• Support remote teams to complete minor noncomplex tasks from a technical perspective.
• Manage budgets, review quotes and invoices, and advise on fund releases.
• Carry out periodic site checks to ensure work meets specifications and client standards.
• Escalate day-to-day issues to the Alliance Director.
• Lead by example and model CBRE values.
