Job summary

Franco Manca Balham is hiring a Team Member to be the heart of the restaurant. On each shift you’ll serve guests, help with orders, and ensure the dough is prepared to perfection, delivering warm, friendly service.

You’ll join a fast-paced, collaborative team that values hospitality, quality, and community. No experience is required—training is provided, and you can grow with Franco Manca across the UK.
