ISS Facility Services seeks a Facilities Manager to lead integrated FM services in a two-floor leased office space within a shared building. You will oversee maintenance, cleaning, waste and front-of-house operations, acting as the on-site lead for tenants and landlord reps.

You will drive service excellence, ensure safety compliance, manage budgets and lead on-site teams, delivering high-quality facilities in a fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a Facilities Manager to take full responsibility for the delivery of integrated facilities management services within a leased office space. This role will act as the on-site lead, ensuring a high-quality, professional workplace environment across two floors within a shared, multi-tenanted building.,

• Oversee the efficient delivery of integrated FM services, including maintenance, cleaning, waste, catering/vending, reception, and helpdesk coordination
• Manage service delivery within a multi-tenanted building, ensuring effective collaboration with landlord representatives and occupiers
• Monitor and drive performance against SLAs, KPIs, and contractual standards to ensure continuous improvement
• Act as the on-site lead for stakeholders, building strong and visible relationships
• Ensure all customer requests, feedback, and complaints are logged, managed, and resolved in a timely manner
• Maintain full compliance with health & safety legislation and company policies, promoting a strong safety culture
• Lead, manage, and develop on-site teams and service partners, including recruitment, performance management, and engagement
• Manage site budgets, control costs, identify efficiencies, and support financial reporting and account performance
• We are looking for a proactive and hands-on individual with strong stakeholder management experience, capable of driving service excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement while building effective relationships with client stakeholders, service partners, and internal teams., Background in Soft Services, Front of House (FOH), or workplace environments
• Energetic and proactive approach, with a strong willingness to take initiative
• Comfortable working in customer-facing roles and building positive relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
• Confident delivering high levels of customer service in fast-paced, people-focused environments
• Professional, approachable, and committed to creating a positive customer experience
