Job summary

ECG Facilities Services is seeking an experienced FM Estimator to join the National Sales Team. The role focuses on managing and delivering high-quality PPM bids to support growth across service lines.

The successful candidate reports to the National Sales Manager and contributes to business development strategy. Applicants should have at least 5 years in PPM estimating within FM/M&E, strong MS Office skills, and experience with PPM tools and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in PPM estimating within FM or M&E
• Experience with PPM estimating tools and CRM systems
• Solid knowledge of SFG20 service specification
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent customer communication skills

Responsibilities

• Manage bid timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Lead end-to-end bid process including site visits and tender review
• Populate PPM contract costing model with asset and task data
• Attend post-tender interviews and deliver client presentations
• Analyse bid outcomes and gather client feedback for improvement
• Collaborate with Operations, Technical Management and Contract Support
• Lead or assist mobilisation of contracted awards when assigned
• Provide cover for National Sales Manager as needed
