Senior FM Estimator – PPM Bids & Flexible Hours

Job summary

ECG Facilities Services in Blantyre (Glasgow) is seeking a highly motivated FM Estimator to join our National Sales Team. You will manage and deliver high-quality PPM bids to win new business across service lines.

The role reports to the National Sales Manager and requires strong bid management, CRM proficiency and PPM costing experience, with excellent communication to internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in PPM estimating within FM/M&E services.
• Experience using PPM estimating tools and CRM systems.
• Solid understanding of SFG20 service specification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent customer communication skills and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage bid timelines and ensure deadlines are met with quality.
• Lead end-to-end bid process: site visits, tender review, populate costing models, raise queries.
• Attend post-tender interviews and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
• Analyse bid outcomes and obtain client feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with Operations, Technical Management, and Contract Support teams.
• Lead or support mobilisation of awarded contracts you bid for.
• Provide cover for National Sales Manager as required.
