Job summary

The Facility Connect Partners Limited is seeking a Senior Estimator for a predominantly remote role with occasional travel to UK offices. You will lead pricing for major Hard FM and maintenance opportunities, influence bid strategy, and work closely with sales, technical teams and procurement to deliver competitive, robust quotations.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Hard FM, engineering services or maintenance.
• Experience pricing complex Hard FM or integrated facilities management opportunities.
• Experience with CCS, Government or public-sector frameworks.
• Track record of winning large, complex FM tenders.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of pricing, risk and profitability.
• Excellent Excel and data analysis skills for cost models.
• Attention to detail and structured tender analysis.
• Ability to influence stakeholders across leadership teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end estimating for large, complex FM tenders and frameworks.
• Develop accurate, commercially robust cost models from first principles.
• Analyse tender docs, asset data, maintenance requirements and specs.
• Apply SFG20 standards to build detailed maintenance cost models.
• Own evaluation of commercial risks and opportunities in pricing.
• Collaborate with Solutions Directors and Proposals teams on win themes.
• Present pricing strategies and outputs to governance and senior stakeholders.
• Support negotiations and handovers to operations post-award.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating processes and tools.
