Job summary

The Facility Connect Partners Limited is recruiting a Senior Estimator for a predominantly remote role with occasional travel to UK head offices. You will lead pricing for large Hard FM and maintenance tenders, develop first-principles cost models, and work with sales, technical and procurement teams to deliver competitive bids.

You will report to the Head of Estimating and influence pricing strategy across complex opportunities within a leading facilities services provider.

Qualifications

• Strong experience applying SFG20 maintenance standards and asset-based pricing.
• Proven track record pricing complex Hard FM or integrated facilities management opportunities.
• Experience pricing on CCS, government or public-sector frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end estimating for large, complex FM tenders and frameworks.
• Develop accurate, commercially robust first-principles cost models.
• Analyze tender docs, asset data, maintenance requirements and service specs to price effectively.
• Own evaluation of commercial risks and opportunities within pricing and bid strategy.
• Present pricing strategies and outputs at governance meetings and with senior stakeholders.
• Lead handover to delivery teams after contract award.
