Job summary

Norse Group LTD seeks a Temporary Contracts Manager for Norse TFM in Norwich. You will lead a facilities management team, manage client relationships, and ensure contract KPIs including PPM schedules are met. The role emphasizes budget control, CAFM usage, and continuous service improvements.

You’ll oversee quality management and bid/forecast processes while coordinating with diverse contractors in a fixed-term, full-time position (40 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Experience as Project Manager or Contracts Manager in a facilities management setting.
• Proven ability to manage diverse teams and contractors.
• Experience using CAFM to manage workloads and evidence.
• Experience in both private and public sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead the facilities management team with clear direction and communication.
• Manage client relationships through regular meetings and proactive expectations.
• Ensure contract targets and KPIs are met, including PPM schedules.
• Use CAFM to manage Work in Progress for reactive and planned tasks.
• Prepare forecasts and budgets, track variances, and ensure budget compliance.
• Set efficient workflows and standards for contract delivery and quality.
• Maintain ISO-related quality documents and SLAs.
• Coordinate special projects and drive service improvements.
