FM Conway Ltd. is recruiting a Contract Manager to own the entire project lifecycle from planning to completion within our Term Maintenance division in London.

The role involves coordinating clients, supervisors and subcontractors to ensure timely delivery, accurate invoicing and client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a degree or equivalent in construction, a CSCS card, and the ability to travel across company locations in the UK.

Qualifications

• CSCS card is required.
• Educated to degree level or equivalent in a construction-related field.
• Willingness to travel to other company locations and hold a full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Leading pre-planning, pre-programming and overall delivery of works to ensure client satisfaction.
• Maintaining coordination between clients, supervisors and subcontractors for site delivery.
• Working with Head of Contracts to communicate and deliver contract requirements.
• Ensuring the works programme is fully resourced with labour, plant and materials.
• Overseeing project performance and ensuring monthly invoicing is accurate and timely.
• Managing a team of supervisors to complete works on time and to a satisfactory standard.

Job description

FM Conway is looking to recruit aContract Managerto join our Term Maintenance division. As FM Conway’sContract Manager, you will take ownership of the entire project lifecycle, from planning through to completion, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of all site activities. This role offers you the opportunity to work at the forefront of project delivery while being supported by an experienced team and collaborative environment. This permanent, full-time position basedin London.

The duties of the Contract Manager role will include:

• Leading the pre-planning, pre-programming and overall delivery of works, ensuring client satisfaction throughout
• Maintaining seamless coordination between clients, supervisors, and subcontractors to ensure the successful running of sites
• Working closely with the Head of Contracts to effectively communicate and deliver all contract requirements
• Ensuring that the works programme is fully resourced with labour, plant and materials
• Overseeing project performance, ensuring monthly invoicing is accurate and timely
• Managing a team of supervisors ensuring that all works are completed in both a timely and satisfactory standard

What skills and experience do you need?

We are looking for a results-drivenContract Managerwho has solid experience working on Term Maintenance contracts. You’ll thrive in client-facing environment and have excellent skills in resource planning, cost management and stakeholder engagement. To be considered for this role you will hold a CSCS card, be educated to degree level or equivalent and hold a construction related qualification such as a NVQ Level 6, HNC or HND. This role will involve travel to other company locations therefore, you must be able to drive and possess a full UK driving licence.
