Job summary

Mitie is seeking an experienced Contract Manager for a 6 Month FTC at a flagship site in Peterborough. You will lead an integrated FM delivery across Engineering, Cleaning, Security, Catering, and specialists, ensuring service excellence and compliance.

You will act as the primary client contact, manage budgets and KPIs, and drive improvements while leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role offers exposure to a global client and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience managing FM contracts in a client-facing environment.
• Strong knowledge of budgets, KPIs, and service delivery performance.
• IOSH/NEBOSH qualifications are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary client contact and build strong relationships.
• Manage contract performance, budgets, KPIs, reporting and audits.
• Oversee maintenance, subcontractors and procurement to meet standards.
• Drive operational performance with CAFM management and planning.
• Lead site teams ensuring health & safety and QHSE compliance.
