Job summary

Wolverhampton Warehouse Operative role with a Counterbalance FLT licence is available in Wolverhampton. The position is a 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity offering a pay rate of £15.25 per hour and a 36-hour week, Fri–Sun, 06:00–18:00.

Responsibilities include packing, labeling, palletising and banding finished products for dispatch, with forklift duties about 10% of the role. The environment is fast-paced and shop-floor focused.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence.
• Previous warehouse experience in manufacturing, logistics or distribution.
• Experience loading and unloading vehicles/trailers.
• Comfortable with manual handling and physically demanding duties.

• Labeling products accurately and efficiently.
• Palletising goods and preparing orders for shipment.

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative with a valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence to join a busy and growing manufacturing business in Wolverhampton.

This is a predominantly warehouse-based role where the majority of your time will be spent packing, labelling, palletising and banding finished products ready for dispatch. Counterbalance FLT duties will account for approximately 10% of the role and will mainly involve loading/unloading trailers and moving stock around the site.

This opportunity would suit a reliable and hardworking individual who enjoys a varied, hands-on warehouse role within a fast-paced environment.

Shift Pattern

• Friday, Saturday & Sunday
• 06:00am – 06:00pm

Paid for 36 hours per week at £15.25 per hour.

Contract

• 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity
• Pay increase following successful completion of the temporary period
