Job summary

Pertemps Yusen in Wolverton, Milton Keynes, is recruiting an FLT Counterbalance Operative for full‑time ongoing work with regular overtime and weekly pay. Immediate starts are available for reliable, safety‑conscious candidates.

You will operate a Counterbalance FLT, load/unload vehicles, move stock around the warehouse, support goods‑in/goods‑out, and follow site health and safety procedures. A valid Counterbalance licence and prior FLT experience are essential.

We are currently recruiting FLT Counterbalance Operatives to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Wolverton, Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team within a well-established environment offering full-time hours and regular overtime opportunities.

The Role as an FLT Counterbalance Operative

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard areas
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
• Accurately storing and retrieving stock
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
• Following all site health and safety procedures

What We're Looking For

Shift Patterns

• 06:00 - 14:00 or 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday Flexibility is required as occasional Saturday working may be required
• 14:00 - 22:00 Monday to Friday

Pay Rates

• AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00 / 08:00 - 16:00): £15.23 per hour
• PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00): £15.63 per hour
• Overtime: £22.85 per hour
