Job summary

Manpower UK is seeking a Counterbalance Forklift Driver for a chilled warehouse in Tewkesbury. The role involves receiving, storing, and dispatching goods with a 37.5-hour week across 5 days with early start times around 4:00am.

Applicants must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence (renewed within 3 years) and have previous FLT experience in a warehouse or distribution setting. Overtime at enhanced rates is available and there are clear progression opportunities.

Counterbalance Forklift Driver

Tewkesbury | Chilled Warehouse Environment

Hours: Minimum 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: 5 days out of 7, with various start times from 4:00am
Overtime: Paid at 1.25x after 40 hours worked

The Role

As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in ensuring products are received, stored, and dispatched safely and efficiently.

Duties Include:

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Picking and preparing customer orders
• Stock replenishment and rotation
• Maintaining warehouse cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working as part of a team to ensure customer orders are dispatched on time
