Pertemps Worcester is recruiting for an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver to join a busy transport and warehouse operation based in Pershore. The role is temporary to permanent with full-time hours and immediate start available.

Location: Pershore, WR10. Hours are Monday to Friday, 17:00 to 00:00. Salary is £27,310 per annum, paid weekly. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity within an established company offering stability and progression.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence refreshed within the last 5 years.
• Previous warehouse experience.
• Experience loading and unloading vehicles.
• Ability to work confidently within a busy, fast-paced operation.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Comfortable working the 17:00 - 00:00 shift.
• Previous transhipment and/or canopy FLT experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift safely and efficiently.
• Loading and unloading vehicles.
• Moving stock around the warehouse and loading areas.
• Supporting transhipment operations.
• Working within the canopy/loading area.
• Stock movement and replenishment.
• Supporting goods-in and dispatch activities.
• General warehouse duties as required.
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment.
• Supporting the wider warehouse and transport team during busy periods.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering stable, full-time work and the chance to secure a permanent position with an established company.

Key Responsibilities
