Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting for Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance) & Pallet Truck Operators to support a new warehouse operation. The role starts at Crick (moving to Rugby) with in-house FLT training and a temp-to-perm path. Shifts are 18:00–06:00, and the pay is £16.70 per hour, with immediate starts for strong candidates.

You will load/unload vehicles, move stock, and help with warehouse duties while ensuring safety compliance and accurate paperwork.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, though in-house training is available.
• Pallet truck experience desirable.
• Strong health and safety focus.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks.
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Move, stack, and organise stock throughout the warehouse.
• Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements.
• Support general warehouse duties when required.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately.
