Job summary

Manpower is recruiting for Forklift Drivers and Pallet Truck Operators to support a growing logistics operation in Crick, moving to a new site in Rugby. The role offers in-house FLT training and a temp-to-perm path, with day-to-day responsibilities in loading, unloading, and stock movement.

Shifts run 18:00–06:00 with a pay rate of £16.70 per hour. This is a great chance to join a brand-new site from the outset and build a long-term career in warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Counterbalance FLT licence preferred, in-house training available.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and hardworking.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good attention to detail and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks.
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately.
• Move, stack, and organise stock throughout the warehouse.
• Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements.
• Support general warehouse duties when required.
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures.
• Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately.
