People Solutions are recruiting an FLT Driver / Warehouse Operative in Crick, Northamptonshire for a busy warehouse role. Monday to Friday, 6:00am-2:00pm, with weekly pay and immediate starts. Overtime opportunities available in a supportive environment.

The role involves operating a Counterbalance forklift, picking/packing orders, goods in/out support, loading/unloading stock, and manual handling up to 24kg. Training provided and long-term opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence with practical operating experience.
• Basic spoken and written English.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliability and strong timekeeping skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Positive and proactive attitude.
• Ability to undertake manual handling duties, including lifting up to 24kg.

Responsibilities

• Operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently.
• Picking and packing customer orders.
• Supporting Goods In and Goods Out operations.
• Loading, unloading and moving stock as required.
• Undertaking manual handling duties, including lifting items weighing up to 24kg.
• Moving, storing and organising stock within the warehouse.
• Ensuring all products are stored safely and correctly.
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

This position would suit applicants who have previously worked as a Forklift Driver, Counterbalance FLT Driver, Warehouse Operative, Order Picker or Warehouse Associate.
