Manpower, Inc. Crick is recruiting Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance) & Pallet Truck Operators for a temp-to-perm role, moving to Rugby. Shifts 18:00–06:00 with in-house FLT training to gain the licence. This is a fantastic chance to join a growing logistics operation from the outset.

Formación

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience.
• Counterbalance FLT licence preferred; in-house training available.
• Strong commitment to health and safety.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks
• Load and unload vehicles efficiently and accurately
• Move, stack, and organise stock throughout the warehouse
• Carry out stock movements in line with operational requirements
• Support general warehouse duties when required
• Follow all health and safety policies and procedures
• Complete required paperwork and warehouse documentation accurately

We are recruiting for Forklift Drivers (Counterbalance) & Pallet Truck Operators to join a growing logistics business. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a team from the very beginning, supporting operations at the Crick site until January before transferring to a brand-new warehouse facility in Rugby.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance Forklift Trucks and Pallet Trucks
