Meridian Business Support Ltd is recruiting an experienced FLT Driver (Counterbalance) for a busy logistics operation in Rugby. The role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, offering £14.55 per hour with weekly pay and immediate starts.

You will operate Counterbalance equipment, stock put-away, load and unload deliveries, move goods around the site, and maintain accurate stock records while adhering to health and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Counterbalance FLT licence required (in-house or external)
• Experience as FLT/Forklift Driver in warehouse/logistics
• DBS check clearances where applicable
• Own transport required due to site location

FLT Driver (Counterbalance) Rugby, CV23 9LP |Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm | £14.55per hour | Weekly Pay | Immediate Starts Available Meridian Business Support is recruiting experienced FLT Driver (Counterbalance) Operatives for a leading logistics and distribution operation based in Rugby (Dunchurch area).

As an FLT Driver (Counterbalance), you will:

• Operate Counterbalance equipment safely and efficiently
• Put stock away and replenish warehouse locations
• Load and unload deliveries
• Move goods throughout the warehouse and distribution centre
• Maintain accurate stock movements
• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

To be successful as an FLT Driver (Counterbalance), you'll need:

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-house or external licences accepted)
• Previous experience as an FLT Driver, Forklift Driver, or Counterbalance Driver
• Experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment
• Ability to complete a DBS check

Own transport is essential due to the site location, as there is no public transport available to and from the site.
