Job summary

Meridian Business Support Ltd is recruiting an experienced FLT Driver (Counterbalance) for a leading logistics operation in Rugby (Dunchurch area). You will operate counterbalance FLT safely, stock replenishment, loading/unloading deliveries, and maintain accurate stock movements.

Applicants must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence, have warehouse or distribution experience, and be able to pass a DBS check. Own transport is preferred due to site location.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-house or external).
• Previous FLT/ forklift or counterbalance experience in warehouse or distribution.
• Be able to pass a DBS check.

Responsibilities

Meridian Business Support is recruiting experienced FLT Driver (Counterbalance) Operatives for a leading logistics and distribution operation based in Rugby (Dunchurch area).

Whether you've worked as a Forklift Driver, Counterbalance Driver or Warehouse Operative with an FLT licence, we'd like to hear from you.

As an FLT Driver (Counterbalance), you will:

• Operate Counterbalance equipment safely and efficiently


• Put stock away and replenish warehouse locations


• Load and unload deliveries


• Move goods throughout the warehouse and distribution centre


• Maintain accurate stock movements


• Follow health and safety procedures at all times

To be successful as an FLT Driver (Counterbalance), you'll need:

• A valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-house or external licences accepted)


• Previous experience as an FLT Driver, Forklift Driver, or Counterbalance Driver


• Experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment


• Ability to complete a DBS check


• Own transport is essential due to the site location, as there is no public transport available to and from the site.
