Job summary

MTrec Limited in Sunderland is recruiting for a major manufacturing firm to operate a counterbalance forklift and support warehouse duties. You will load and unload vehicles, carry out forklift checks, transport materials, rack stock and assist line feeding and part picking.

The role requires a counterbalance forklift licence, teamwork, accuracy and the ability to work two shifts. This is a long-term opportunity with good transport links and free parking.

Qualifications

• Must hold a counterbalance forklift licence.
• Able to work in a busy warehouse environment.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Accurate, consistent and able to follow procedures.
• Physically able to carry products and standing for long periods.
• Willing to work rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles with a counterbalance forklift truck.
• Completing daily checks on a counterbalance forklift truck.
• Transporting materials and line feeding with a counterbalance forklift truck.
• Racking and stock allocation.
• Assisting feeding the lines and helping to pick parts.
• General warehouse and stores duties.

The Hours You’ll Work;

• 6:00 am - 2:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

• 16:00pm to 12:30am and Friday 15:00pm to 23:00pm (Monday to Thursday)

• Must be able to work both shift rotations.

The Pay You’ll Receive;

• £14.75
