Pertemps Bond is recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance and Reach Drivers for a busy logistics depot within a tin manufacturing company. The role involves operating a B1 Counterbalance FLT safely, loading and unloading vehicles, moving finished goods and raw materials across the site, and supporting warehouse and dispatch operations.

Shift patterns include 4 on / 4 off nights from 6pm to 6am, or Monday to Friday 2pm to 10pm, with pay rates of £13.59–£14.76 per hour.

Qualifications

• Valid B1 Counterbalance FLT licence is required.
• Willingness to undertake training on B3 Counterbalance (training provided).
• Previous experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment.

We are currently recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance / Reach Drivers to join our busy logistics depot within a well-established tin manufacturing company.

The Role

• Operating a B1 Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving finished goods and raw materials across site
• Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations
• Completing daily vehicle checks
• Maintaining strict health & safety standards

Shift Pattern

• 4 on / 4 off - Nights - 6pm to 6am- Rotating shift pattern (£14.76 p/h)
• Monday to Friday - 2pm to 10pm (£13.59 p/h)
• Valid B1 Counterbalance FLT licence
• Willingness to undertake training on B3 Counterbalance (training provided)
• Previous experience in a logistics or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to safety and safe working practice

Please note: Completion of the 2-week induction period is mandatory.

All FLT Drivers will receive additional training on the B3 Counterbalance.
