Job summary

Pinnacle Group Limited is seeking an experienced FLT (Counter Balance) Operative to support our main logistical operations at the Cheadle site. Join the Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team in Cheadle ST10 on a permanent, full-time day shift (Mon-Thurs 7am–4pm, Fri 7am–12noon) with immediate start.

You will load outbound trucks, inspect products, and ensure FLT checks are logged while maintaining a clean, safe environment. Applicants with industrial cleaning experience encouraged.

Qualifications

• Accredited Counterbalance Forklift Operating licence from an industry-recognised body.
• Minimum two years of warehouse or site forklift experience.
• Commitment to customer service and effective communication.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse health and safety requirements.
• Ability to work in a team and use initiative.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound trucks according to pick sheets.
• Inspect products for quality during handling.
• Position trucks in loading docks for efficient operations.
• Ensure pre-use FLT checks are completed and logged.
• Keep floors clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Adhere to work schedule and attendance policy.
• Perform plant area cleanup as required.
• Carry out other warehousing duties as assigned.
