Pinnacle Group, Rocester site in ST14, is seeking an experienced FLT (Counter Balance) Operative to support our industrial cleaning and warehousing operations. You will load and unload outbound trucks, position trailers, inspect products, and keep floors clean and safe, following our strict health and safety standards.
The role is initially temporary with weekly pay, moving to a permanent contract with monthly pay.
Pinnacle Group is looking for an experienced FLT (Counter Balance) Operative to support the main logistical operations for our manufacturing site. You will be joining our Pinnacle Workplace Specialist Industrial Cleaning Team based in Rocester ST14. Pinnacle Workplace delivers tailored facilities management solutions across cleaning, security, catering and specialist industrial services. With nearly 600 colleagues nationwide, the team supports clients in manufacturing, retail, education and office environments. Your role will involve answering to requests, dropping off deliveries by loading and unloading trucks, trailers using a Counterbalance FLT. You will be reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering excellence.
We are offering a Temporary to Permanent Role - working Monday to Friday 6am – 3pm. * access to own transport is essential. Whilst working on the temporary contract, this role comes along with weekly pay. Once a Permanent contract is on offer it will then go to monthly pay.
