Job summary

Pinnacle Group is seeking an experienced Counterbalance FLT & Bulk Loader to join our Workplace Facilities Management Team. This role supports on-site plant production in Carrington, Manchester, with duties including loading/unloading trucks and stock rotation.

This permanent full-time position is 50 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with overtime at an enhanced rate. Access to own transport is essential due to no public transport to the site.

Qualifications

• Accredited Counterbalance Forklift Operating licence (RTITB or equivalent).
• Minimum 2 years warehouse or construction site forklift experience.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of warehouse health and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Load outbound trucks according to pick sheets.
• Inspect products for quality before loading.
• Position trucks in docks for loading.
• Ensure FLT pre-use checks are completed and logged.
• Keep floors clean, tidy and safe at all times.
• Perform other warehouse duties as required.
