Thrive Group Bolton are recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver for a client based in Skelmersdale (WN8).

This is an ongoing opportunity in a busy manufacturing environment with continued work for the right candidate. Candidates must be available to work a 3-shift rotating pattern across mornings, nights and afternoons.

Competenze

• Valid FLT Counterbalance licence is essential.
• Previous FLT experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• Must be able to work all three rotating shifts.
• Reliable, hardworking and safety-conscious.

• Operating an FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently.
• Loading, unloading and moving materials around the site.
• Supporting production teams with stock movement.

Thrive Group Bolton are currently recruiting an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver on behalf of our well-established client based in Skelmersdale (WN8).

This is an ongoing opportunity working within a busy manufacturing environment and offers ongoing work for the right candidate.

Working Hours

Candidates must be available to work a 3-shift rotating pattern, completing one week on each shift:

• Mornings: 07:00 - 15:00 (Monday - Friday)

• Nights: 23:00 - 07:00 (Sunday - Thursday)

• Afternoons: 15:00 - 23:00 (Monday - Thursday) and 15:00 - 22:00 (Friday)

Key Responsibilities

• Operating an FLT Counterbalance safely and efficiently.

• Loading, unloading and moving materials around the site.

• Supporting production teams with stock movement.

• Carrying out daily FLT safety checks.

• Maintaining a safe and organised working environment.

The Ideal Candidate
