Job summary

The Best Connection is recruiting experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers for their Widnes production facility. You will work as part of a team and on your own, performing stock movements, manual handling and general assembly. The role runs 22:00–06:00, Sunday to Thursday, with a weekly shift allowance of £77.29 on completed shifts.

An immediate start is available after successful interview. A valid FLT Counterbalance licence is required for these opportunities and full training will be provided

Qualifications

• FLT Counterbalance licence required.
• Able to work as part of a team and on your own.
• Willing to work night shift 22:00–06:00.
• Experience with manual handling of metal is beneficial.

• Moving stock between production and storage areas.
• Manual labouring and handling of metal.
• General assembly of goods.
• Monitoring production and carrying out frequent quality checks.
• All other associated production tasks.

Our client, a leading steel manufacturer, is looking to recruit experienced FLT Counterbalance Drivers to work at their production facility in Widnes.

The ideal candidate will be required to work as part of a team and on their own.

Duties will include:

• Moving stock between the production area's and the storage area's
• Manual labouring and handling of metal
• General assembly of goods
• Monitoring production and carrying out frequent quality checks
• All other associated production tasks

During the quieter periods candidates will be required to help support in production, with full training provided

**A valid FLT Counterbalance licence is required for these opportunities

The working hours are 2200 - 0600, Sunday to Thursday.

**There will also be a shift allowance of £77.29 paid weekly, on completion of all shifts.

An immediate start is available after successful interview.
