Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited in Preston is seeking an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver / Recycling Operative to join a busy site on a temporary-to-permanent basis. The role covers loading/unloading, moving stock, and supporting recycling operations.

We offer full-time hours, Monday to Friday, with 8:00am-4:30pm and 4:00pm-12:30 midnight shifts. A stable role with potential for permanent contract after probation, and a friendly, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Valid Counterbalance FLT licence (preferred but not essential).
• Previous FLT driving experience (essential).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good awareness of health and safety practices.
• Reliable, hardworking, and punctual attitude.
• Team player with a flexible approach to work.

Responsibilities
