Job summary

Agrial Fresh Produce operates Florette sites and seeks a Hygiene and Facilities role to maintain site cleanliness and manage rubbish removal around the site. The position requires an FLT licence, basic English, and a flexible approach to hours. You will support stores, monitor safety, and uphold health and safety standards across the site.

The role offers an hourly rate of £13.99 with participation in the annual bonus scheme and a range of employee benefits typical of a market-leading employer.

Qualifications

• FLT licence required and current.
• Basic written and spoken English required.
• Flexible approach to work and hours; willing to adapt.

Responsibilities

• Maintain external areas outside factory boundaries free from rubbish.
• Keep compactors and skips clean and operational; ensure they are used correctly.
• Maintain smoke shelter to high standard and empty bins as needed.
• Support stores and intake with FLT skills.
• Highlight food or people safety issues to the manager.
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and Occupational Health guidelines.
