Florette in Lichfield is seeking a Hygiene Operative to clean the factory according to instruction cards and to complete tasks from the Hygiene Team Leader/Manager on time to standard. The role is based at the Florette site and requires working 5 days out of 7, with permanent employment.

The role is part of Agrial Fresh Produce Limited, a major UK food manufacturer. The successful candidate will join a busy team with opportunities for development and practical, on-the-job training.

Hygiene Operative

We have an exciting opportunity for a Hygiene Operative to join our team at Florette in Lichfield, WS13 8NF.

This purpose of this role is to clean the factory according to the cleaning instruction cards and to ensure tasks delegated by Hygiene Team Leader/Manager are completed to the required standard, and on time.

Working hours: 5 days out of 7 days

Florette is one of three UK food manufacturing sites within Agrial Fresh Produce Ltd, which is an autonomous part of the larger 17,500 employee strong French co-operative group, Agrial.

The business operates mainly under it's recognisable Florette salad brand and we are one of the UK's leading producers in the industry. Under the well-known Florette brand, our site processes and distributes pre-packed, ready to eat, fresh salad bags and bowls to some of the UK's most well-known supermarkets and retailers, as well as your favourite restaurants and fast food vendors.
