Job summary

Agrial Fresh Produce operates Florette sites and seeks a Hygiene and Facilities role to maintain site cleanliness and manage rubbish removal around the site. The position requires an FLT licence, basic English, and a flexible approach to hours. You will support stores, monitor safety, and uphold health and safety standards across the site.

The role offers an hourly rate of £13.99 with participation in the annual bonus scheme and a range of employee benefits typical of a market-leading employer.

• Maintain external areas outside factory boundaries free from rubbish.

• Highlight food or people safety issues to the manager.
• Adhere to Health and Safety requirements and Occupational Health guidelines.

Job description

This role is responsible for maintaining site standards of hygiene and cleanliness with managing the removal of all rubbish around site.,

• Maintain all areas outside the factory but within the site boundaries free from rubbish
• Maintain the compactors and skips that they are always working correctly and free from build up around them plus filled when required.
• Smoke shelter is maintained to a high standard to be free of rubbish or cigarettes with the emptying of the bins as and when required.
• Support stores and intake as and when required with FLT skills.
• Highlight any food or people safety issues to your manager from around the site.
• To have basic written and spoken understanding of English
• Ability to understand and undertake Food Safety Qualification.
• Have a flexible approach to work and hours.
• Ability to understand and adhere to Health and Safety requirements.
• Able to carry out duties in line with Occupational Health requirements.
• Must hold a valid FLT Licence
