Job summary

Florette in Lichfield, WS13 8NF, is recruiting a HGV Driver (Nights) to deliver to major RDCs, comply with WTD and uphold safety standards. You will drive, perform daily vehicle checks, and may take on warehouse tasks like light palletised salad duties.

Applicants need a valid HGV Class 1, a Driver CPC, and at least 2 years' UK driving experience; familiarity with Microlise drive TAB/EPOD is a plus; must be over 25 and ready to work nights.

We have an exciting opportunity for a HGV Driver (Nights) to join our team at Florette in Lichfield, WS13 8NF., We are recruiting for a HGV driver (Nights) this role is to ensure that Company products are delivered in a professional manner. Adhere to Working Time Directive and responsible for ensuring all safety aspects are met. Where necessary you will be required to carry out other duties within the warehouse & distribution department.,

• Ensure that Company products are delivered in a professional manner, delivering to major RDC's with some multidrop involved.
• To comply with the rules on working time as specified in the "Road Transport (Working Time) Regulations" and responsible for ensuring all safety aspects are met.
• Where necessary you will be required to carry out other duties within the warehouse & distribution department, Light clean work (palletised salad).
• To safely drive our vehicles, complying with all driving laws and regulations.
• Ensure that daily vehicle checks are carried out and any defects are duly reported, ensuring the vehicle and its load are road-worthy and do not pose a threat to other road-users.
• Abide by customers rules and regulations whilst on site, be an ambassador for Agrial.
• Familiar with Microlise drive TAB/EPOD System
• 2 years' experience of Driving on UK roads
• Valid Full HGV Class 1 licence
• Driver CPC qualification card

Working hours: 4 night on 4 nights off, 42 hours per week
