Job summary

Gategroup in Glasgow is recruiting a Flow Coordinator to oversee a designated area in our busy warehouse/production operation. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will manage small teams, drive productivity and ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• A-levels or equivalent and/or relevant work experience.
• Experience in fast-paced environments, ideally managing teams.
• Food hygiene, security and health & safety experience.
• Minimum of 1 year operational experience.
• Demonstrable accountability and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain productivity within designated area against targets.
• Coach and train General Assistants to standards; feed back to Team Leader.
• Lead staff briefings and resolve conflicts with strong communication.
• Create a positive working environment.
• Ensure health and safety, food safety and security compliance.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and rotate through departments.
• Deputise for Team Leader as required.
