Job summary

Gategroup in Glasgow is seeking a Flow Coordinator to oversee a designated area, coach a small team and ensure operational targets are met. You should communicate well and thrive in a busy warehouse/food production or aviation setting.

The role offers £13.80 per hour with overtime, a 5 on/2 off pattern, in-house training, complimentary meals, free uniform, on-site parking and a pension scheme. You must be eligible to work in the UK and be prepared for a 7-day operation.

Qualifications

• Experience in managing small teams within a warehouse / food production / manufacturing or aviation environment.
• Excellent communication and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall productivity within designated area against section objectives and targets.
• Coach and train General Assistants to department/company standards. Feedback issues to Team Leader.
• Resolve conflict by using influencing, negotiation and communication skills; lead staff briefings.
• Maintain health and safety, food safety, DfT, security and internal standards.
