Job summary

Prime Appointments Ltd is recruiting a Sales Administrator for a Manufacturing client in the Ipswich area. The role is full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, with a salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum.

The successful candidate will provide sales support to the Flooring Team, handle inquiries by phone and email, and maintain accurate records while assisting with quotes and data entry.

• Confident using computer systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Providing sales support to the Flooring Team.
• Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Liaising with customers and providing a high level of customer service.
• Processing orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assisting with estimating and preparing quotations.
• Maintaining accurate records and inputting data onto computer systems.
• Preparing, printing, copying and distributing documents.
• Carrying out general office and administrative duties as required.
