Job summary

Signature Group is seeking Floor Team members across Scotland. You will greet and seat guests, take orders, and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to deliver an exceptional dining experience.

Floor Team Duties

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
• Take customer orders accurately, provide menu recommendations, and relay any special requests to the kitchen and bar staff.
• Ensure timely and efficient service of food and drinks, while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Manage reservations, monitor table availability, and maintain a smooth flow of guests to optimise seating and minimise wait times.

• Excellent Communication: Friendly and professional interaction with customers, both in person and over the phone.
• Customer Service Focus: Providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and ensuring guest satisfaction.
