Job summary

Signature Group is hiring for Bar and Floor Duties across its venues in Scotland. You will greet customers, prepare drinks, take orders, and ensure a smooth service on the floor while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities

• Bar and Floor Operations: prepare and serve drinks, manage the bar and floor for timely service.
• Health & Safety Compliance: follow health, safety and hygiene regulations.
• Cash Handling & Transactions: process payments and record transactions accurately.
• Floor Management: keep tables clean, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Bar and Floor Duties

Customer Service

Greet and serve customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring an exceptional experience throughout their visit.

Bar Operations

Prepare and serve drinks, manage the bar area efficiently, and ensure all drink orders are fulfilled quickly and accurately.

Floor Management

Assist in overseeing the floor, ensuring tables are clean, orders are taken promptly, and customers are satisfied with their service.

Health & Safety Compliance

Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, ensuring the bar and floor areas are clean and safe for both staff and customers.

Cash Handling & Transactions

Process customer payments accurately, manage cash registers, and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.

Required Skills

Customer Service Excellence

Strong ability to engage with customers, anticipate their needs, and resolve any issues to ensure a positive experience.

Communication Skills

Clear and effective communication with customers, team members, and management to ensure smooth service and coordination.
