Job description

Join to apply for the Floor Supervisor UK role at Tigermilk Group.

Launched in Paris in 2019, Tigermilk now operates 10 locations across France and Belgium, serving Latin American-inspired cuisine that is homemade and responsibly sourced. We are expanding to London with our first UK location opening in June 2025, and we are looking for a Floor Supervisor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage a team of waitstaff to ensure excellent service and teamwork.
  2. Provide warm, attentive, and efficient service to guests.
  3. Ensure quick, friendly, and professional service at all times.
  4. Share knowledge of our dishes and drinks, making thoughtful recommendations.
  5. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to maintain high standards.
  6. Maintain presentation standards, keeping tables tidy and guest needs met promptly.
  7. Keep the service area clean and presentable.
  8. Bring energy, enthusiasm, and a welcoming presence to each shift.
  9. Report to the Assistant Manager.
