Job summary

HotelCare is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead a busy housekeeping team across guest and hotel areas, ensuring high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction in collaboration with the Head Housekeeper.

You will organise staff rotas, monitor quality, train teammates, and support operations with safety compliance and on-site training. Hours are 0-40 per week with some weekend work; benefits include holidays, lunch, pension, and career progression opportunities.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Working in fast paced high energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.
• Organising staff rotas.
• Working closely with the supervisory team to support the Head Housekeeper.
• Supporting the Housekeeping team with ongoing training and development.
• Maintaining the standards set by HotelCare and our client at all times.
• Meeting daily targets.
• Comply with all company health and safety policies and record any maintenance problems, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries.
