Job summary

HotelCare Bath is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead a busy housekeeping team, ensuring rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness standards and guest satisfaction.

You will organise staff rotas, support the Head Housekeeper, and uphold health and safety policies while maintaining client standards. The role offers permanent employment, flexible hours, and on-site training.

Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience in hospitality, specifically in housekeeping or related areas.
• Strong knowledge of housekeeping operations and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Working in fast paced high energy environment and checking the quality of rooms.
