Job summary

Golf Fang in Birmingham is seeking a Floor Server to ensure guests have the best experience by keeping them comfortable and happy while they move around the course and have drinks served without needing to visit the bar.

You will be trained on our brand values and service standards, with opportunities to grow within this immersive, high-energy venue that features golf holes, karaoke, and exciting bar offerings.

Qualifications

• Effective time management and organisation skills.
• PC literate with ability to use booking systems and mobile devices for drinks orders.
• Previous experience in hosting or serving.
• Basic knowledge of bar products.
• Cash and payment card handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests are comfortable and happy throughout their visit.
• Serve drinks on the course and take orders using booking systems.
• Maintain high standards of service and knowledge of products.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.

About the role

As a Floor Server at Golf Fang, it is your role to ensure
that our guests have the best experience! Making sure that they are comfortable
and happy throughout their visit, serving drinks on the course so they can
enjoy making their way around without going to the bar!

Full training on brand values, products and service
standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
