Job summary

Golf Fang Birmingham is seeking a Barback to support the bartenders during every shift, replenishing consumables, stock and equipment to ensure seamless service for guests.

You will help keep the bar and guest tables clean and tidy, follow brand standards, and contribute to a high-energy, immersive entertainment experience. Full training on brand values and service standards will be provided to successful applicants, with opportunities to grow within the venue.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator able to work under pressure.
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to bar structures.
• Effective time management and organisation skills.
• Customer service experience (desirable).
• Previous experience in a bar, restaurant or entertainment environment (desirable).
• Basic knowledge of bar products (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Support the bartenders throughout the shift, replenishing consumables, equipment or stock as needed.

About the role

As a Barback at Golf Fang, it is your role to support the bartenders throughout the shift, replenishing any consumables, equipment or stock needed. Barbacks ensure the bartenders have all they need to serve the customers, whilst keeping the bar and guest tables clean and tidy.

Essential

• Effective communicator

• Basic knowledge of bar products

Full training on brand values, products and service standards will be provided to any individual successful in this process.
