Job summary

Golf Fang Cardiff is seeking a Floor Server to ensure guests have a memorable experience, keeping them comfortable and happy during their visit. You’ll be serving drinks on the course so guests can explore without needing to queue at the bar.

Full training on brand values and service standards will be provided to successful applicants. Expected candidates will have strong time management, basic bar knowledge, and experience with booking systems.

Qualifications

• Effective time management and organisation skills.
• PC literate with ability to use booking systems and mobile devices for drinks orders.
• Previous experience in hosting or serving.
• Basic knowledge of bar products.
• Cash and payment card handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure guests have the best experience and feel comfortable and happy throughout their visit.
• Serve drinks on the course so guests can enjoy their visit without constantly returning to the bar.
