Job summary

Golf Fang Glasgow is seeking an energetic management support member to train and develop a strong team of hosts, ensuring licensing, hygiene and safety standards are met and customer enquiries are handled professionally.

You will coach hosts to achieve upsell targets, boosting revenue and delivering a high-energy guest experience across our entertainment venue in Glasgow.

Qualifications

• Experience in a busy reception/host team.
• Upsell techniques and team motivation experience.
• Minimum 6 months hosting experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Duty Managers to deliver operational excellence through training and developing hosts.
• Ensure licensing, hygiene and health and safety compliance.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints.
• Coach hosts to meet upsell targets and boost revenue.
• Hold regular training on product knowledge, service and venue information.

About the role

To be an efficient and effective member of the management support team. Supporting Duty Managers to deliver operational excellence through training and developing a strong team of hosts, ensuring compliance with licensing, hygiene and health and safety, handling customer enquiries and complaints. Providing coaching to achieve upsell targets to improve revenue generation from welcome hosts. To hold regular training sessions with hosts, ensuring that they are well equipped in product knowledge, customer service, safety, and general venue information

Essential

• Experience in working in a busy reception/host team.
• Knowledge and experience of upsell and team motivation techniques.
• At least 6 months hosting experience.

Desired

• Experience in high volume brand equivalent venues.
• Food safety and hygiene qualifications.
• Personal License.
