Job summary

The Landmark London is seeking a dedicated Floor Porter to join Accommodation Services on a permanent basis. You will help maintain pristine public areas, support with deliveries, report issues to management and assist in training new team members, all while upholding LQA standards.

This role requires a 40-hour week on a shift rota and offers a comprehensive benefits package in a premier hospitality environment opposite Marylebone station.

Responsibilities

• To clean and maintain all public areas, back of house areas and offices, carrying out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
• To assist with deliveries for department i.e. taking receipt of order, checking all is correct and put into storage
• To report to a Manager any malfunctioning equipment and maintenance problems and when any stock is required
• To undertake and assist in the training of new starters, when required
• To carry out other duties as assigned by the Management Team
• Ensuring all procedures are followed in relation to LQA standards
