Job summary

The Landmark London Hotel currently seeks a dedicated Floor Supervisor to join our Accommodation Services on a permanent basis. You will contribute to delivering memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and team, bringing positive energy to a happy, diverse work environment.

We offer development plans and opportunities across our properties, with an immediate start. All applicants must be legally eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Check each room daily on assigned floors to ensure cleanliness, layout and presentation meet standards.
• Check Vacant Clean status rooms each morning and report status to Office Co-ordinator.
• Maintain adequate linen, guest and cleaning supplies per par stocks.
• Handle guest requests, queries and complaints promptly and with discretion.
• Ensure all procedures follow LQA standards.

We are currently looking for a passionate Floor Supervisor, to join our Accommodation Services on a permanent basis, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five‑star service to our guests and each other. Responsibilities

• To check each room daily on assigned floors to ensure it has been cleaned, laid out, supplied and presented to required standards set.
• To check Vacant Clean status rooms promptly each morning and report to the Office Co‑coordinator the status found.
• To ensure that there are adequate supplies of linen, guest and cleaning supplies according to the set par stocks.
• To handle all guest requests, queries and complaints promptly and to exercise discretion in any contact with guests.
• Ensuring all procedures are followed in relation to LQA standards.

You will be required to work 40 hours per week, on a shift rota.
