Job summary

The Landmark London Hotel is seeking a motivated Floor Porter to join our Accommodation Services Team on a permanent basis. Located opposite Marylebone Station, we offer a vibrant, welcoming environment and opportunities for development.

The role requires delivering five-star service to guests while upholding LQA standards. You will work 40 hours per week on a shift rota, with a competitive benefits package and opportunities to participate in staff development programs.

Qualifications

• Public areas cleaning and care across hotel spaces.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced luxury environment.
• Willingness to work shifts as required by hospitality operations.
• Awareness of health and safety standards within hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• To clean and maintain all public areas, back of house areas and offices, carrying out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• To assist with deliveries for department, taking receipt of orders and storing correctly.
• To report to a Manager any malfunctioning equipment and maintenance problems and when stock is required.
• To undertake and assist in the training of new starters, when required.
• To carry out other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
• Ensuring all procedures are followed in relation to LQA standards.

As a Floor Porter, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

You will be required to work40 hoursper week, on a shift rota.
