The Landmark London is seeking a dedicated Floor Porter to join our Accommodation Services Team on a permanent basis. You will deliver exceptional five-star service, maintain public and back-of-house areas, and support a vibrant, diverse team in a landmark city hotel.

This role requires a strong work ethic, positive energy, and adherence to LQA standards, with a 40-hour weekly shift pattern and opportunities for career development within a prestigious hospitality group.

Qualifications

• To perform cleaning and maintenance of all public areas, back of house areas and offices.
• Ability to follow LQA standards and procedures.
• Excellent team player with positive energy.

Responsabilités

• To clean and maintain all public areas, back of house areas and offices, carrying out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks.
• To assist with deliveries for department by receiving orders, checking correctness and storing them.
• To report to a Manager any malfunctioning equipment and maintenance problems and stock requirements.
• To assist in training new starters when required.
• To carry out other duties as assigned by Management.
• Ensuring all procedures are followed in relation to LQA standards.

As a Floor Porter, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• To clean and maintain all public areas, back of house areas and offices, carrying out daily, weekly and monthly cleaning tasks
• To assist with deliveries for department i.e. taking receipt of order, checking all is correct and put into storage.
• To report to a Manager any malfunctioning equipment and maintenance problems and when any stock is required.
• To undertake and assist in the training of new starters, when required.
• To carry out other duties as assigned by the Management Team.
• Ensuring all procedures are followed in relation to LQA standards

You will be required to work40 hoursper week, on a shift rota.
