The Role

As a Floor Manager, you will support the brand leader and store manager in motivating your team to deliver an exceptional brand experience to our customers.

You will see your store as a community hub for AllSaints fans and customers, both in-store and online. Your role includes providing leadership and support to stylist team members, responding to customer inquiries via our online system.

This position requires organization, resilience, enthusiasm, and determination to ensure a consistently excellent customer experience and a vibrant store environment that reflects the AllSaints brand.

Leading and coaching stylists will be key, helping them succeed and meet sales targets while providing outstanding service.

Responsibilities
  1. Manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer experiences.
  2. Support stylist team members with customer queries across various channels.
  3. Collaborate with the customer experience team to meet KPIs and SLAs.
  4. Be an ambassador for our products, inspiring customers and team members alike.
  5. Ensure products are well showcased, following guidelines, and prominently displayed.
  6. Oversee store operations, including team deployment and business development.
  7. Manage people matters such as performance reviews and investigations.
  8. Create and implement floor plans and staff rotas to optimize store success.

Location

Our store at the Metro Centre, Newcastle, has been open since 2008. It operates from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm, adapting seasonally. Despite being our smallest mainline store, it is busy and vibrant, with a diverse and passionate team. The store is about a 20-minute journey from Newcastle station.
